Tumulosic acid

Overview

Tumulosic acid, a triterpenoid, inhibits KLK5 protease activity ( IC 50 = 14.84 μM). Tumulosic acid suppresses the proteolytic processing of LL-37 in keratinocytes at ≤10 μM.
