CNI103

Overview

CNI103 is a highly potent and metabolically stable cell-permeable peptide inhibitor of calcineurin . CNI103 selectively blocks the interaction between calcineurin and NFATc3 ( K D =16 nM), thereby preventing NFATc3 activation in vitro and in vivo. CNI103 can be used to study acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and other inflammatory diseases.
