Overview

Pep-20 is a CD47/SIRPα blocking peptide with K D values of 2.91 and 3.63 μM for human and mouse CD47 , respectively. IC 50 values for blocking the human and mouse CD47/SIRPα interaction are 24.56 and 12.03 μM, respectively. Pep-20 has antitumor activity.
