Neuropeptide Y (3-36) (human, rat) can serve as a substrate to be sequentially degraded from its N-terminus by AfuS28 , and it requires binding to AfuS28 and SedB to be decomposed into amino acids , dipeptides and tripeptides [1] [2] .
