mSIRK

Overview

mSIRK (G-Protein βγ Binding Peptide) is an cell-permeable activator of ERK 1/2, with EC 50 of 2.5-5 μM. mSIRK disrupts the interaction between α and βγ subunits and promotes α subunit dissociation without stimulating nucleotide exchange.
