Overview

LXJ-02 is a potent inhibitor of EDPs/EBP peptide–protein interaction, with the K D of 117 μM for EDPs. LXJ-02 activates the macrophage-MMP-12 axis to increase MMP-12 expression and degrade ECM components like elastin.
