Overview

JAK-IN-11 (Example 1,II) is a potent and selective JAK inhibitor. JAK-IN-11 has the potential for the skin disorders (such as cutaneous lupus) treatment. JAK-IN-11 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
