2′-Deoxy-GDP trisodium

Overview

2′-Deoxy-GDP (dGDP) trisodium, a guanosine monophosphate (GMP) analogue, is a hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase (HGPRT) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 12.5 μM. HGPRT is a central enzyme in the purine recycling pathway of all protozoan parasites.
