Overview

NSC727447 is an inhibitor of ribonuclease H (Rnase H) of HIV -1 and HIV -2. NSC727447 has little activity against E. coli RNase H, but great selectivity over human Rnase H, with IC 50 s value of 2.0 μM, 2.5 μM, 100 μM, 10.6 μM, respectively.
