Overview

COX-1-IN-4 (Compound P10) is a selective COX-1 inhibitor ( IC 50 s: COX-1 = 0.09 μM; COX-2 = 2.49 μM). COX-1-IN-4 reduces the production of NO as well as the expression of the iNOS protein. COX-1-IN-4 can be used in the research of neuroinflammation.
