4-Piperidyl N-(2-biphenyl)carbamate (compound MA) is a competitive muscarinic acetylcholine receptor ( mAChR ) antagonist. 4-Piperidyl N-(2-biphenyl)carbamate exhibits higher affinity for M 2 and M 3 mAChR than β 2 AR (M 2 pK i = 7.33; M 3 pK i = 7.51; β 2 AR pK i = 4.94).
