Overview

TCS 46b (Compound 46b) is a potent, selective and orally active NMDA NR1A/2B receptor antagonist with an IC 50 of 5.3 nM. TCS 46b is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
