Overview

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 (compound 2) is a novel inhibitor of PD-1/PD-L1 . PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 selectively binds to PD-L1 over PD-1 , with a dissociation rate constant (K D ) value of 77.60 nM. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 has oral activity. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 can be used in the research of influenza A virus.
