PSF-IN-1

Overview

PSF-IN-1 (Compound No.10-3) is a RNA-binding protein ( PSF ) inhibitor and can effectively inhibit the PSF-RNA interaction ( IC 50 : 2.2 pM). PSF-IN-1 can increase histone acetylation, inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis . PSF-IN-1 has antitumor activity.
