Overview

UCN-02 (7-epi-Hydroxystaurosporine) is a selective protein kinase C ( PKC ) inhibitor with a PKC IC 50 value of 62 nM and a PKA IC 50 value of 0.25 μM. UCN-02 can be produced by Streptomyces strain N-126. UCN-02 can be used for the research of breast carcinoma.
