Overview

Mcl1-IN-15 (Compound 7) is the inhibitor for myeloid cell leukemia 1 ( Mcl-1 ) with an IC 50 of 8.73 μM. Mcl1-IN-15 inhibits Mcl1-BH3 peptide interaction, activates the Bak/Bax-mediated apoptosis and exhibits antitumor activity.
