Overview

PBITC (4-Phenylbutyl isothiocyanate) is an orally active antitumor agent, and inhibits NNK ( HY-126477 ) induced lung tumors in mice. PBITC is a thio-analog of the apoptosis inducer ISC-4 ( HY-118375 ).
