CT-721

Overview

CT-721 is a potent and time-dependent Bcr-Abl kinase inhibitor with an IC 50 of 21.3 nM for wild-type Bcr-Abl kinase, and possesses anti-chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) activities. CT-721 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
