Overview

(S)-ML399 (Compound 18S) is the enantiomer of ML399 ( HY-117948 ). (S)-ML399 acts as a Menin-MLL interaction inhibitor with an IC 50 of 1400 nM. (S)-ML399 can be used to investigate acute leukemias with MLL translocations, including acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
