CAII/lX-IN-2

Overview

CAII/lX-IN-2 is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor with an IC 50 of 2.2 nM against hCA IX and 19.8 nM against hCA XII . CAII/lX-IN-2 inhibits the catalytic activities of cytosolic hCA I , hCA II , and transmembrane tumor-associated hCA IX and hCA XII in a concentration-dependent manner. CAII/lX-IN-2 can be used in research related to metastatic solid tumors.
