2',2'-Difluorodeoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate (dFdUDP) is an intracellular phosphorylated nucleotide metabolite formed from 2′,2′-Difluorodeoxyuridine ( HY-138253 ) during exposure to Gemcitabine ( HY-17026 ), and it shows low intracellular concentrations in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. 2',2'-Difluorodeoxyuridine 5'-diphosphate can be used in cancer-related research.
