Overview

C18-Pyr-Cer is a chemically modified synthetic ceramide analog. C18-Pyr-Cer directly interacts with MAP1LC3B-I I. C18-Pyr-Cer induces autophagy , targets autolysosomes to mitochondria, and mediates lethal autophagy in cancer cells. C18-Pyr-Cer can be used in the research of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
