dCTPase-IN-1

Overview

dCTPase-IN-1 is a highly selective deoxycytidine triphosphate pyrophosphatase 1 ( dCTPase ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 20 nM. dCTPase-IN-1 functionally inhibits dCTPase, exhibits a synergistic effect in enhancing cytotoxicity, and has no inherent cytotoxicity. dCTPase-IN-1 can be used for the research of leukemia.
