Cyanocobalamin-e-methylamide is a Vitamin B 12 ( HY-B0315 ) analogue. Cyanocobalamin-e-methylamide exerts a plasma blocking effect on 57 Co-cyanocobalamin. Cyanocobalamin-e-methylamide can be used for the research of chronic myelocytic leukaemia.
