Overview

(+)-JQ1 PA is a derivative of the Bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) inhibitor JQ1, with an IC 50 of 10.4 nM. (+)-JQ1 PA is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
