Overview

MPO-IN-28 is a selective myeloperoxidase ( MPO ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 44 nM. MPO-IN-28 can effectively inhibit MPO -mediated low-density lipoprotein oxidation with an IC 50 of 90 nM.
