Overview

Thio-ITP (6-Thioinosine 5′-triphosphate) is an RNA polymerase activity competitive inhibitor. Thio-ITP has a high apparent affinity for the polymerases (RNA polymerase I K i : 40.9 μM; RNA polymerase II K i : 38.0 μM).
