Overview

MO-I-500 is a pharmacological of FTO inhibitor with an IC 50 of 8.7 μM for the inhibition of purified FTO demethylase catalyzing demethylation of an artificial small methylated substrate. MO-I-500 can be used for the research of rare panresistant triple-negative inflammatory breast cancer .
