Overview

DNMT1-IN-4 is a potent non-nucleoside DNA methyltransferase 1 ( DNMT1 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 2.5 µM and selectivity towards other AdoMet-dependent protein methyltransferases. DNMT1-IN-4 significantly inhibits cancer cell proliferation.
