J-30

Overview

J-30 is an orally active and potent tubulin inhibitor ( IC 50 =15-20 nM). J-30 disrupts microtubule polymerization and induces G2/M phase arrest. J-30 is promising for research of solid tumors (e.g., gastric, oral).
