EC359

Overview

EC359 is a potent, selective, high affinity and orally active leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR) inhibitor with a K d of 10.2 nM, which directly interacts with LIFR to effectively block LIF/ LIFR interactions. EC359 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
