Overview

AB1 is a highly selective S1P2 receptor antagonist ( IC 50 =3.5 nM). AB1 inhibits sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) signaling, suppressing tumor cell migration, angiogenesis, and profibrotic mediator CTGF expression while inducing apoptosis . AB1 is promising for research of solid tumors.
