Overview

SP600125 is an orally active, reversible, and ATP-competitive JNK inhibitor with IC 50 s of 40, 40 and 90 nM for JNK1 , JNK2 and JNK3 , respectively. SP600125 is a potent ferroptosis inhibitor. SP600125 induces the transformation of bladder cancer cells from autophagy to apoptosis .
