Overview

NS-062 is an orally active, irreversible targeted covalent inhibitor for EGFR , and exhibits antiproliferative efficacy in drug-resistant double mutated H1975 cell with an IC 50 of 0.19 μM. NS-062 exhibits antitumor efficacy in mouse H1975 xenograft model.
