Overview

MC3343, a DNMT inhibitor (EC 50 of 5.7 μM) and a strong DNA binder, affects tumor proliferation by blocking OS cells in G1 or G2/M phases and induces osteoblastic differentiation through the specific re-expression of genes regulating this physiological process.
