Overview

DB2115 tetrahydrochloride is a highly selective PU.1 inhibitor that suppresses the binding of PU.1 to DNA ( IC 50 : 2.3 nM). DB2115 tetrahydrochloride can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis . DB2115 tetrahydrochloride can be used in the research of tumors such as leukemia.
