MMSET-IN-1 is a multiple myeloma SET domain (MMSET, aka NSD2/WHSC1) inhibitor against SETD2 and MMSET with IC 50 s of 0.49 and 3.3 μM, respectively. MMSET-IN-1 has a K d of 1.6 μM for MMSET.
