Overview

1-Ethynylpyrene is an aryl acetylenic inhibitor of cytochromes P450 1A1 , 1A2 , and 2B1 with IC 50 s of 0.18, 0.32, and 0.04 μM, respectively. 1-Ethynylpyrene is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
