Ezetimibe ketone

Overview

Ezetimibe ketone is an orall active Nrf2 activator and ROS inhibitor. Ezetimibe ketone attenuates H 2 O 2 -induced reactive oxygen species production and reduces H 2 O 2 -induced apoptosis in renal tubular epithelial cells. Ezetimibe ketone suppresses renal tubular injury and inflammation.
