Heliotrine N-oxide is the corresponding PA (pyrrolizidine alkaloid) N-oxide of Heliotrine ( HY-126128 ). Heliotrine N-oxide leads to the formation of pyrrolic DNA adduct s and potential initiation of PA-induced liver tumors in vivo.
