Overview

DDR1-IN-6 is a selective Discoidin Domain Receptor family, member 1 ( DDR1 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 9.72 nM. DDR1-IN-6 inhibits auto-phosphorylation DDR1b (Y513) with an IC 50 of 9.7 nM. DDR1-IN-6 has anti-cancer activity. DDR1-IN-6 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
