Tubulin inhibitor 6 (Compound 14b) is a tubulin inhibitor and a potent inhibitor of multiple cancer cell lines. Tubulin inhibitor 6 inhibits tubulin polymerization with an IC 50 of 0.87 μM. Tubulin inhibitor 6 inhibits K562 cell growth with an IC 50 of 840 nM.
