Overview

CB30865 (ZM 242421) is a nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase ( Nampt ) inhibitor, with potent cytotoxicity. CB30865 is highly potent against a variety of human tumour cell lines (IC 50 values in the 1-10 nM range). CB30865 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
