Overview

RAF-IN-1 is a RAF inhibitor with IC 50 values ​​of 29.4 nM, 3.8 nM, and 36 nM against human recombinant bRAF V600E , cRAF, and bRAF WT enzymes , respectively. RAF-IN-1 suppresses RAF enzymatic activity and reduces cancer cell proliferation. RAF-IN-1 can be used for cancer research.
