Overview

Nrf2 activator-2 is an Nrf2 activator with binding affinity for Keap1 , with an EC 50 of 2.9 μM. Nrf2 activator-2 binds to Keap1 , stabilizes the protein, inhibits the Keap1 - Nrf2 interaction, and reduces the ubiquitination level of Nrf2 . Nrf2 activator-2 can be used in cancer-related research.
