Overview

Anticancer agent 61 (compound 3v) is an orally active and potent anticancer agent. Anticancer agent 61 shows antiproliferative activity in HepG2, Bel-7402 and MCF-7 cancer cells, with IC 50 values of 1.12, 1.97 and 1.08 μM, respectively. Anticancer agent 61 shows effective tumor growth inhibition.
