EGFR-IN-49 is a potent and selective EGFR inhibitor with IC 50 s of 65.0 nM and 13.6 nM for EGFR T790M and EGFR T790M/L858R , respectively. EGFR-IN-49 induces late apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner.
