Overview

MSC-4106 is an orally active and potent inhibitor of YAP/TAZ-TEAD . MSC-4106 inhibits TEAD1 or TEAD3 auto-palmitoylation and shows inhibitory effect on NCI-H226 tumor xenograft model.
