Overview

hCAXII-IN-2 (compound 5i) is a potent human carbonic anhydrase XII (hCA XII) and hCA IX inhibitor with K i values of 84.2 nM and 268.5 nM, respectively. hCAXII-IN-2 shows less active against hCA I and hCA II.
