Overview

HDAC-IN-41 (Compound 7c) is a selective, orally active class I HDAC inhibitor with IC 50 values of 0.62, 1.46 and 0.62 μM against HDAC1 , HDAC2 and HDAC3 , respectively. HDAC-IN-41 shows NO releasing activity.
